Excellent Experience I had a really good experience dealing with James in buying my Prius Prime. I came in on a Saturday to just look at my options. I wasn't sure of what I had a really good experience dealing with James in buying my Prius Prime. I came in on a Saturday to just look at my options. I wasn't sure of what kind of car I wanted. James was patient and showed me several cars that might fit my life style. He didn't pressure me to buy on the spot which I really appreciated - that would have been a deal breaker. I returned the following Monday ready to buy. I drove an hour and a half from North Jersey where there are several Toyota dealers because of James non-pressure approach and his confident belief in the product. Chad was very nice too in helping me with the financing. I will definitely recommend DCH Freehold Toyota to my friends. More

Below Average Bought a used car from the dealership a couple of years after I bought a new 40K truck from them. I had major issues with the service department. T Bought a used car from the dealership a couple of years after I bought a new 40K truck from them. I had major issues with the service department. The sales people will tell you "yes" to everything till you sign all the paperwork and later you will find out mostly everything they said was false. The used car had some issues they promised they would handle. Not sure how they got the service lights to turn off, but a couple of days after we bought it the dash lite up like a xmas tree again. I would expect this from a used moma/popa user car lot but not from a major dealership. Ofcourse car didn't have a day of warranty on it, so they covered their end, but they lost a customer for life. They also let my wife drive out off the dealership with an empty gas tank, and failed to mention that they didn't have a spare key. I don't really leave many reviews, however I gave this dealership three different chances and they failed all three times. Not sure why car sales folks feel the need to be so xxxx sneaky. More

Best buying experience ever Ian and Paul did a wonderful job. I spent less than three hours, choose the car, test drove, credit application, credit approved, half hour wait in th Ian and Paul did a wonderful job. I spent less than three hours, choose the car, test drove, credit application, credit approved, half hour wait in the new waiting area and paper works were taken care in the mean time, Paul explained about insurance and warranty details, by the time car was washed, detailed and parked outside for us. Even better, picked up the license plates in 10 days. That was pretty quick and great service all the way through. Ian in sales and Paul in finance are the go to guys. More
