Just Like Home (Hawaiʻi) I showed up looking to buy a specific used car. I searched online on various used car websites all throughout New Jersey and found DCH Freehold Toyota to be a constat result. I viewed their car options and found exactly what I was looking for - something economically priced, gas mileage friendly, enough room to do Lyft and Uber for a side hustle, and comfortable traveling and sitting space for my friends and family. I took a Lyft from East Orange all the way south to Freehold. Moving from Hawai?i, to New York and now a new resident of New Jersey, this all proved to be a bit new and scary for me. I arrived and was received with warm hospitality by Ian and Mike. Before I could even get a seat, I was shown to a fancy seating area that was furnished like my dream home living room - big flat screen tv, tons of periodical reading material, clean restrooms, snack and beverage vending machine, friendly staff that acknowledged each customer and the best part of all - all you can drink, freshly ground coffee brewing machine with all you can stir-in cream. They had stations for charging your phone and other available outlets that really relieved a lot of my car buying anxieties. Ian orchestrated my experience seamlessly and allowed me to share authentically my situation. I truly felt my experience here was how I would experience things back at home in Hawai?i. Not only did this give me appreciation for being a resident of New Jersey but confidence in spending the last bit of my monies to take a new leap and generate a new experience in my financial power, freedom and peace of mind. I drove off the lot paying $206 for my Plymouth Rock auto insurance, $1000 down for a REDUCED principal of the used car, a charged iPhone to get home safely, an invite to be a lifelong friend and support of DCH Freehold Toyota, temporary registration, and clear instructions for the next few weeks (which included direct access to Ian for any further questions or inquiries). I highly recommend meeting, working collaboratively and creating the life you want with Ian and his staff. I look forward to driving an hour south again for more coffee, car check ups and hopefully in the near future, buying my new dream car from Ian and his team at DCH Freehold Toyota. He knew the car well and took the time to show me many of its details, although I know he had customers waiting. Others sales folks were friendly and welcoming. Chad in finance was very good and efficient. The whole sale took a long time (3.5 hours) unfortunately b/c the dealership was so busy, but I went on a Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. I wish I lived closer and would definitely want to get service here as well as buy another car here. My Prius Prime, btw, is the most cool car. Thanks, Ian! More

From the moment I walked into the dealership and met Ron Agosto (Client Advisor), this has been the best car buying experience I ever had. Ron did not play any games, and showed me a few cars that I saw on their internet site. He gave me the keys to one car that I liked the best take a test drive with my son. Ron is the most knowledgeable and polite sales consultant you would want to work with. He was very friendly and professional. He did not pressure me into anything I did not want. He treated me with the utmost respect. He made me feel like family. Matt Mongieoll was very helpful in the price negotiations, he came very close to meeting our offer, and the sale was done with little hassle. After one hour I was signing the contract with the best deal yet. The financial agent, Dmitri Sokolov, was also very friendly and professional. He did not pressure me into any option I did not need. When the car was delivered to me, Ron took the time to show me every switch and button, he even set up my cell phone with the bluetooth in the car. Before you buy your next new or used Toyota, or any other good used car, call Ron and I'm sure he will give you the best deal and experience than any other dealer. In the future, I will see Ron first, to save me time and aggravation when buying my next car. More
