Nick was an accommodating, helpful and no pressure salesperson. He kept in touch, but didn't push. When I made a visit without an appointment there was always someone to help me. When I finally made my decision, Nick sat for over an hour to explain all the bells and whistles in my new Camry. Worth the 140 mile drive I drove 140 miles from Maryland to buy my Prius Prime from Ian-Michael (and Tommy). Toyota was offering a great incentive in NJ. I had a very good exp I drove 140 miles from Maryland to buy my Prius Prime from Ian-Michael (and Tommy). Toyota was offering a great incentive in NJ. I had a very good experience with Ian. He knew the car well and took the time to show me many of its details, although I know he had customers waiting. Others sales folks were friendly and welcoming. Chad in finance was very good and efficient. The whole sale took a long time (3.5 hours) unfortunately b/c the dealership was so busy, but I went on a Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. I wish I lived closer and would definitely want to get service here as well as buy another car here. My Prius Prime, btw, is the most cool car. Thanks, Ian! More
