Hi Dane, We certainly understand your frustration and apologize that this still isn’t handled. As our Sales Manager explained to you, a payoff check was sent to your previous lender and received on 1/19/22. They have not closed your account with them which means we’re still unable to obtain the title to the vehicle you sold us. Unfortunately we cannot proceed in the process on our end until your previous lender does this. As soon as we receive the title for the vehicle you sold us, we will immediately complete the process.
