Twice I ask SOOO SLEAZY!!!!! I am interested in a 2023 Hyundai Caligraphy. Jenine mentioned another vehicle that I have no interest in a few times. Twice I asked her to confirm availability of a 2023 Caligraphy. I did not want to submit a credit application if the vehicle is not available as my credit score is important to me. Twice she confirmed availability of vehicle. Janine confirmed availability TWICE!!! About 10 minutes after submitting credit application, she called me and said the SUV had been sold. I’m sure the dealer will run my credit and my score will drop a bit because used car salespeople are just so dishonest. Know that if you buy a vehicle from this person, she is lying to you. In less than 30 minutes over the phone, Lance was able to give me the best price of any other dealership. He was very honest and up front with everything. Car aside, Lance is a great guy. Extremely friendly, honest and just a good hearted human being. He doesn't fit the stereotype of the car sales man, which is probably why he's so successful. Then when I went into the dealership to sign the deal, it was just a very peaceful, pleasant environment. Never once was anyone pushy or trying to haggle me for anything. They were very respectful.
