We had a great buying experience with Alyssia at DCH in Eatontown. Two things stand out. First, when we started discussing price, Alyssia approached us with the total price. At some other dealers, we would negotiate the price of the car, and once we've settled the dealer would add on prep fees, taxes, registration, etc. We had no surprises at DCH. Second, we completed the purchase in a couple of hours. At other dealers, it has taken up to 5 hours before I could drive away in our car. We were treated as valued customers. Over the years I've bought 10 used cars, and this was one of the best buying experiences. (I can't remember the name of the guy who handled finance, but he was also great.) More
