My number one complaint was that the car didn’t come with a spare tire (unfortunately, many dealerships are substituting spares for pumps and sealant. Not with all vehicles. Just few select models. Of course it was the one I got) and without hesitation, Joe said he’d throw one in for free. It took one week for the spare and kit to come in. Installed in one hour and before I could leave, he came up to me and asked if it was done and if I was happy. I’ve always said it’s the service after the sale that counts. And Joe lives up to that.
