He was very familiar with the product and was ready to answer your questions. If he was unsure about anything he double checked, which I appreciated. This is one of the shortest car purchasing processes and that is in large part because of him. Kal was also really easy to work with (we in fact had worked with him before when he was at another dealership). He was part of the finance department and explained things very clearly. Tony, the manager, had a really friendly and kind demeanor. Great experience. More
