Dayna understood my needs with my trade in being stuck in a different location and worked with me to get it picked up. Ray worked all sorts of magic with the finances and got us a great deal with lots of great features. My last few experiences with car purchases had me at the dealers for 8+ hours, and this one had me in and out in less than 4 hours. It didn't even feel like we were there that long.
