Andres made my car buying experience pleasant and seamless. I just purchased a new Honda Clarity (Plug In Hybrid) three days ago from Andres Espinosa. Andres made my car buying experience pleasant and seamless. I visiting the dealership and test drove the car several times before I made the purchase. Andres was very patient and answered all my question every time. He even made sure the car was fully charged so that we could test drive it on the proper electric mode. Other dealers never seamed to have their cars charged, so the test drive was always with the car working on the regular engine, and not on its battery. Andres gave me his personal cel phone so that when I was ready to make my purchase I could contact him directly and did not have to go back to the dealership. I was able to negotiate a great price right over the phone! He even brought the car right to my home once the deal was made. Andres made the transaction seamless! I would definitely recommend DCH Kay Honda. At no point did I feel pressured into a purchase and there were no endless calls after my visit to return like many of the other dealerships. She talked to me twice a week and kept me updated on what I was searching for and what she could do to get it for me. This dealship should be reminded that the sales people are what keeps the Honda's rolling. Emily is kind, caring, and a delight to work with. I am thankful to have been able to make the deal with her. I highly recommend her as everyone's sales lady. I hope they put her in management because she knows what people want.
