Seamless I’m not an easy customer to deal with as I’ve purchased many cars in my time, so when I called, I wanted to speak directly with the GM of the store to I’m not an easy customer to deal with as I’ve purchased many cars in my time, so when I called, I wanted to speak directly with the GM of the store to cut out all of the “BS”. I spoke with Mark and when I say this man was professional, he was professional! He gave me all of the information I requested without having to beg for it and was extremely transparent. He also sent me an email with an out of the door number, so there would be no misunderstandings when I went into the dealer. I was introduced right away to John Nguyen by Mark who made sure that Ekatarina had the vehicle I had interest in was pulled up and ready for me to test-drive. When I came back from the test-drive, all of my paperwork was printed and ready for me to sign. As I finished my paperwork in finance, the vehicle was being cleaned and once I finished, the car was ready and waiting for me to drive home. Ekatarina went over all features with me to make sure I knew how to use my brand new Accord and I was ready to be on my way! Great experience, SEAMLESS and headache free!
