Waste of my time I have been in the market for a certified used honda for about a month now and trying to find the exact model that my daughter wants has been a bit tr I have been in the market for a certified used honda for about a month now and trying to find the exact model that my daughter wants has been a bit tricky. I saw that they had a possible option listed on their website so I contacted the dealer to inquire about the availability since I would be coming from over an hour away. The woman who responded to my email, Amy Crines, assured me that the car was still available and we made an appointment. I was running late so I contacted her again to give her an updated time and was not told that this car had been sold. When we arrived at the dealer, we were greeted and given the opportunity to see and test drive the car only to be told once we came inside the dealership and sat down that the car had been sold 'that morning'. It was a complete waste of my time and to say the least quite frustrating! It is extremely stressful to purchase a car and when dealerships use sneaky tactics such as these just to get you in the door, how can that make for a pleasant experience?! For this reason I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I will certainly not be purchasing one from them either. More

First New Car Buying Experience was Great! I must say, Scott and the whole Kay Honda team impressed me a lot. I got the best price around from a dealer with honesty and integrity, not throwing around fake numbers like some other places did as I shopped around.
