Having been through many many car purchases in our lives and having been professionals at the executive level in our careers, Steve did not make us feel like inexperienced customers by parading many managers to the desk to determine the final deal, as many dealerships do, rather, he treated us with respect and was personable as well as professional. We met with Lindsey to complete the final financial documents. She was very personable, friendly and efficient. She was able to commnunicate in a clear and concise manner all aspects of the contract so that we completely understood it. Her efficient and process oriented manner of working gave us confidence in her abilities and knowledge. Both Steven and Lindsey provided excellent customer service and made this purchase experience a very positive one. We will recommend the dealership and these staff members to others. Nader Awad welcomed us with a very warm and happy welcome , We sat together exploring our options, he was very professional, knowedgble and  effective by explaining  all the options and was very patient answering all my questions. It was a very nice helpful interaction but the price was out of our budget, But that was not the end for  Nader he followed up with me the next day went out of his way to meet our budget  by asking the general Manger if there is anything else he can do , after 2 days of of communication even after his  working hours finally he got me the perfect deal.
