They had the exact car with specifications that we had discussed earlier on the phone for the price that they emailed us. No last minute extra surprise fees. To me, it's worth the ride to Eatontown rather than go to the local dealer in my town, due to the way I get treated by Dave. He always has my best interested in mind, and never tries to put me in a car that I don't want or is above my means. On this current transaction, Dave had me in and out of the showroom, with my new car, in less than 90 minutes. He also helped transfer my gear from the car I was returning, into the new one. He also has a great knowledge of the vehicles, and never lets me leave without showing me how to work all the features. On a particular note, he always follows up with me to see how things are going, and if I ever have a problem with the car (which by the way is rare), he always solves them and gets me results.
