He provided us multiple options throughout the process, and was willing to help us with numbers whether we were financing or leasing. Overall both my wife and I had an excellent comfortable experience. My wife and I decided to lease the car and then we had the chance to meet Ray and finish up the details in his office. Again Ray offered us the options, but didn't try to force it upon us. Both, my wife and I felt comfortable and again enjoyed the whole process. Before DCH Kay, we were looking at cars from other brands, but the other dealers were not as helpful, and in simple terms my wife and I both felt that we were treated much better at DCH. We would definitely buy from them again. More

When we arrived at the dealership she introduced us to Phil, our salesman. He was great! He took us for a test drive and introduced us to all the features of the car. He worked with us on the price and was never pushy. It was a refreshing relief. I also spoke with Ray who could not have been nicer.
