Our old Odyssey was bought and serviced at your dealership and we were extremely pleased; it is definitely worth driving farther to a place where we get quality work and don't feel as if we've gotten "ripped off". Great Service My 89 year old mother in law inadvertently opened all 4 windows of her brand new 2019 Honda Civic when she used the key remote attempting to lock her My 89 year old mother in law inadvertently opened all 4 windows of her brand new 2019 Honda Civic when she used the key remote attempting to lock her car. (Note that the new key remote controls can inadvertently open all windows, so its important to read up about this in the car manual). The windows were open all night without her knowledge during a heavy rain storm. The interior of the car was drenched and we were afraid of mold and a bad smell. Although this was not the dealer's fault, they kindly vacuumed and dried out the whole car free of charge. This was above and beyond what was expected and much appreciated. More
