DCH Kay Honda - Service Center

From start to finish, a great experience. Having another vehicle where the dealership provides loaner cars when maintenance is required, I was set to sit and endure this experience. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. First, scheduling was a breeze, I did it online and took less than 2 minutes to get an appointment within 2 days. Next, driving unto the service area was a breeze and did not have to wait at all before an attendant took over and led me to the service assistant to register. Tiffany was fantastic, quickly assessing the need and writing up the work order. The scheduled maintenance, including a recall was completed within the hour and I was out of there before I knew it. Great service all around..Kudos. More

Thank you DCH Kay Honda Thank you. We had been having issues with our CRV starting. We had been to 2 other Honda Service Centers, one where we bought the car and another whil Thank you. We had been having issues with our CRV starting. We had been to 2 other Honda Service Centers, one where we bought the car and another while traveling. Both times the battery was charged and we were told it tested fine. While visiting friends in Eatontown we had to use a battery charger to start it. When we called we were told to bring it right over. Within a couple of hours we had a brand new battery and a car that would start. Joe, the Service Advisor was helpful, professional and efficient. He called promptly when the car was ready. We had been through 2 months of never knowing where we would be stranded next. Our thanks again. We would highly recommend your Service Center. More
