I repeatedly have problems with this service department rotating my tires. On one visit I mentioned to my service advisor that I wanted a rim checked by a mechanic that had an excessive number of balance w rotating my tires. On one visit I mentioned to my service advisor that I wanted a rim checked by a mechanic that had an excessive number of balance weights on it. I showed her which rim it was on the vehicle. (Rear driver side.) She advised me later that the tech looked and stated that the rim was fine. When I went to get in my vehicle there was motor oil smeared on my center arm rest and driver side door. I walked back in and asked the service advisor for paper towels so I could clean it up. She walked back out to my vehicle and started cleaning it herself… as she was cleaning the motor oil I alerted her by pointing to the odd rim that was still in the same location. Therefore the rims weren’t rotated during my service. She offered to bring the vehicle back in to have the tires rotated and out of frustration I declined. My next visit was without a problem. Vehicle was in for service and also a slow leaking tire. Odd rim was moved from the rear driver side to the front passenger side during that service. Upon this service I mentioned that the odd rim was on the top right of the vehicle. When my vehicle was delivered to me I checked my vehicle again. The odd rim was STILL on the top right of my vehicle. I went back in to alert the service advisor. She assured me that the tires were rotated. I again reiterated to her that I indicated upon right up which location the odd rim was in… the rim was still in the same location that I stated upon write up. I then walked back outside… took pictures of the odd rim… immediately emailed it to the service advisor and left frustrated once again! I never received a reply or phone call about the email which was sent. More
Dealing with DCH Honda was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service. Tiffany was obnoxious, abusive and even threatening. The used car salesman was extremely rude as well. Can’t give a low enough rating. . Changed a 10 month old battery without my knowledge or permission. Battery was perfectly fine. Did not perform a necessary safety update and instead . I came in for an oil change and was expecting some suggestions for repairs I wanted done. Joe did not come to inform me about the recommended repairs in the waiting room (a norm from previous service suggestions for repairs I wanted done. I was aware of a muffler issue and he did not inform me ahead of time for me to consider or approve repairs until I was at the cashier’s desk. I was very disappointed with his service. This was a terrible experience from Honda. To add insult to injury I found a flat tire when I got to my car. I’m very disappointed and expected better customer relations from Honda. More
