Super upset with the service I received with the Honda Service Department. Made an appointment for 7am and had to call at 10:30 to find out my car was never touched. Only after being hung up on twice. Aft Service Department. Made an appointment for 7am and had to call at 10:30 to find out my car was never touched. Only after being hung up on twice. After going into Honda to get my keys to bring my car elsewhere for service. Russel my service advisor was nasty and extremely unpleasant to work with. Telling me there is nothing to be upset and even getting loud with me the more expressed my unhappiness with the service stating that I had an appointment at 7am. I have leased two Honda’s now with the Eatontown Honda, and will probably never lease with them again, as the service department is a big factor to me when leasing a car. I did receive a call from the manager Max who was extremely helpful and nice when helping me with these concerns. I thank him for trying to resolve the issue and understanding why I was so upset. More
