Wasn’t too happy with the service. Thursday they called me 4:15 saying the car is ready and that I needed to pick it up I couldn’t leave it so I had to drop everything I was doing in order to get over there before they close at 5:30. $50 uber plus $350 to fix my trunk spring when it’s only a 2021 car - it shouldn’t have been damaged to begin with. Had a 10:30 appt. for an oil change and tire rotation, i called that i was running late and arrived at 10:40 my car was not taken in until 12:19 and i didn’t leave t for an oil change and tire rotation, i called that i was running late and arrived at 10:40 my car was not taken in until 12:19 and i didn’t leave there until around 1:00 that is unacceptable wait time for someone that had an appointment. When I question the woman on the wait time,, she said I can’t let you cut the line . almost 3 hours for a tire rotation and oil change is ridiculous. More
