Premium Service, Car and Experience! Finding myself at the end of a lease from another brand, I decided to give Honda a try ... their new 2016 Accord Touring was what I wanted. Driving past DCH Honda a few times (it's right next to Garden State Plaza), I figured they would be a good dealership to start with. Read some reviews online, and felt comfortable enough to reach out. I was greeted by Shawn Harris, who was not your typical salesman. The cliche salesmen have wasn't felt here at DCH, or by Shawn. He was great - from the start, answering all of my questions, addressing my concerns, and patient throughout the entire process. He even went above and beyond for me returning my lease to the original dealership! That's spectacular customer service. Any dealership could sell you a car ... but its the people that work there that make a difference. I am super pleased with my car, with Shawn, and the entire car buying experience. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. More

My current lease was ending and I was interested in the Honda HRV. We went to DCH Paramus Honda on Memorial Day. We had the pleasure of working with Alberto. We discussed the HRV and took one for a test ride. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted. I had my heart set on white. Paramus did not have a white one in stock. Alberto asked me to give him a couple of days to locate a white one. On the Thursday after Memorial Day Alberto called to say he located a white one at a sister location and would have it at Paramus on Friday. We picked it up on Saturday and I couldn't be happier. Alberto went out of his way to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. Alberto took his time and explained all the features to me. He is very professional, very efficient and was a pleasure to work with. He worked with us until we had a deal we were pleased with. Then he told us when to come to the dealership to complete the transaction. He had as much ready as he could which made our experience in the dealership very pleasant. He was very patient with me, as I am not very technical, and made sure I was comfortable operating the car and he even set-up my phone and made me aware of the Android App to sync my phone with the car. He then called me two days after my purchase to double check that all was OK and to see if I had any more questions. As it turns out since I did have a few questions about using the phone he is going to go over it with me again when I come in to get the new plates. Hamad is an exceptional sales person. He truly wants you to have a great experience when you make the purchase but he is always available, after the purchase to insure you are a satisfied customer. We will certainly purchase another car from Hamad the next time we need a new car. More
