We decided to take the 2 hour trip down to DCH Paramus Honda because they had the particular car I was looking for, the price was right, and they had positive reviews on Dealerrater. Elana was great. We never felt pressured, and she took her time with us from start to finish. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family. I only subtracted a star from the overall experience because the finance department was a bit too persistent in trying to convince me to buy an extended warranty, but that was something I anticipated. Aside from that, I am completely satisfied that I chose DCH, and I absolutely LOVE my new car! More
