Alex Bernabe is simply the best in the business bar none! Usually he is just a really nice & great guy but this time he took his abilities to a much different level.... My parents needed a new car and asked me where they should go. Immediately said to go see Alex at the Honda of Paramus store. My father said it was too far. I said just go, and he will make it worth your while.... Off they went! Alex is just a very respectful and decent guy. He handled my parents like they were his own. My parents are extremely happy of Alex's treatment towards them and served them a deal they couldn't refuse- Then we had the opportunity to meet Matt Hinziker! This man is a genius! He figured a way to make the numbers work for my parents- he presented the deal in such a way that they couldn't resist. My hats off to you Matt! All of this couldn't happen without the approval a my dear friend Bobby Kibbler. Without his ok, none of this was possible! My most sincere thanks to you Bobby! This is our second Honda that we are purchasing from Paramus Honda and from Alex “the dude” Bernabe. The first one was a 2005 Honda pilot , 200k plus years later we wanted another. I usually do not do reviews but, this experience has been amazing, once again! This is my second car with Alex Bernabe, my first one was a 2020 Honda Civic Sport and now I have a 2022 Honda Accord Sport. The amazing, once again! This is my second car with Alex Bernabe, my first one was a 2020 Honda Civic Sport and now I have a 2022 Honda Accord Sport. The reason why I came back and will continue to come back is 1) Alex is very professional in the way he speaks and carries himself, 2) He is not pushy and is very genuine, 3) He helps you understand the numbers and how people's financial background and overall lifestyle may impact the numbers you want or the car you want. Additionally, the desk manager Lenny is amazing! He was so welcoming and warm when we finally closed the deal. Easy to talk to and came in with a smile when he sat down and spoke to me. We went over the numbers and a little bit about my background and what I do for a living. As a consumer, sometimes it's not about the sale itself, but creating rapport. Knowing that the sales person, desk manager and finance manager is there to actually help you. Hence, why I will continue to buy from Alex Bernabe and lease with DCH Paramus Honda. Carlos Gonzalez the Finance Manager is also amazing! I went to high school with this sweet person and he has always been a genuine soul. I am very proud of him and his hard work. Even though we personally know each other outside of the sale, he was very professional and understood what I needed as far as warranty. He informed me of what was best for my new car, but was not pushy. Overall, I do not see myself taking my business anywhere else and I will continue to support DCH Paramus Honda just because, of the outstanding service/experience they provide!
