Excellence All Around I went to DCH Paramus Honda to get my '09 Accord's A/C fixed even though I just replaced the compressor and coil 4 months prior back in Texas. Juan h I went to DCH Paramus Honda to get my '09 Accord's A/C fixed even though I just replaced the compressor and coil 4 months prior back in Texas. Juan helped me through the whole process and communicated clearly with me what the plan was to fix the A/C, even though the problem should have never surfaced. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the customer service, the communication throughout the process, and the fact that my Accord is blowing cold air again. Thanks Juan you were awesome man! Every time I bring my car to service and to Service Advisor Darren Lenino, I know everything would be in time, fully informative, and I would the right advise. Last time when I brought my Odyssey to the service on 25 July 2018, Darren was my Service Advisor. Everything was as usually: friendly, quick, and professional. I also got good advise about coupon use. Unfortunately I did not get any more service serveys after visiting DCH Paramus Honda. Awful, unprofessional service ?We were looking forward to taking our Odyssey on our vacation starting tomorrow but we just got screwed over by DCH Paramus Honda in NJ. Took them a ?We were looking forward to taking our Odyssey on our vacation starting tomorrow but we just got screwed over by DCH Paramus Honda in NJ. Took them a full day to even return a call to discuss installing roof rails, then we had to wait two more days for ?an appointment. Dropped the car off this morning (very inefficient check-in that took 20 minutes as worker wrote VIN and other info by hand and then waited on another line for second worker to enter info on computer—and we are already in their system) and were promised that the car would be done by 4pm. Instead we got a call at 4:10pm saying they didn’t have the parts and they had called around but no other local dealer has them, so we’d need to wait until tomorrow afternoon to get the car. We have a 10-hour trip tomorrow and had made them aware of our deadline all week. This is very upsetting and incredibly unprofessional. We have owned Odysseys since 2001 and other Hondas but will never buy another after being treated so terribly and left in the lurch. We will now need to take two cars on our trip, which will cost us a lot more time and money. Terrible way to start our summer holiday, all thanks to the terrible service at DCH Paramus. More
