Excellent customer service! I've had to deal with other dealers and service centers in the past- by far DCH Paramus has to be the best. Their staff is excellent. I'm sitting here having this delicious coffee while my car gets washed for free. The sales part (few months ago) went great as well, they gave me a great offer and I left with an awesome car. Outstanding, supreme service I would not change Paramus Honda service center with no other 3rd party agency. The service there is exceptional. Well, I believe all agents there are I would not change Paramus Honda service center with no other 3rd party agency. The service there is exceptional. Well, I believe all agents there are very good BUT when you being assisted by this agent named Frankie, ohh boy, you will get VIP service. There was this time he was on his lunch and he left his meal behind in order to make sure I would get my request done!!! I have never seen anybody doing this at a work place for a customer. Frankie is very passionate with what he does. He treats his clients the way he would like to be treated. If I see Frankie is not there, I would come back another day, lol. More
