Pleasure Start to Finish I wanted a RAV4 Limited Hybrid with specific options and accessories. DCH Wappingers Falls did not have a car that had everything I wanted. The sales manager Daryl went to work and in 3 days had located the car for me. In the meantime, my Sales Consultant Anthony took all my information and notified my insurance company and did what was necessary to transfer my license plates, and talked to Terry in the Credit Department for my loan. From start to finish this was not what I thought would be the typical car buying experience as it had been in the past, it was 1000 times better. The whole car buying experience start to finish buying my car was an absolute pleasure. I would definitely recommend DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota!!!!! More
