They did not just come close, they essentially gave the exact offer (shy only 100 dollars). Moreover, they were straightforward and extremely pleasant in all aspects of our dealings. The salesman Darryn was wonderful and showed us all the new features in the 2014 model. I couldn't believe how fast we got the car! We saw it Tuesday night, took it for a test ride, decided to buy it and it was ready the next day. Our last Prius was a dream, we had no problems in the 7 years we owned it, so we hope we have the same experience with this one. Toyota offered the first two years of maintenance free. We hear that the Service Dept. is also exceptional and they have great coffee and snacks in the waiting room. We had a great experience with this purchase. We know we can call them if any questions come up in the future and they will be glad to help us out. We've been to other dealerships where they act like they're doing you a favor by paying attention to you. That is not the case here. Thanks DCH for making this a painless experience More

Very pleasant and honest dealership We bought a 2014 Toyota RAV4 from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. We've already decided on the car we wanted to buy through TrueCar. When we got to the d We bought a 2014 Toyota RAV4 from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. We've already decided on the car we wanted to buy through TrueCar. When we got to the dealership, our original sales consultant was not in so we were helped by another consultant, Leroy Porter. Leroy was very pleasant and helpful. He took his time to explain the different cars that we could also consider. He was very transparent in explaining the different options available to us. He helped us to choose the car with best value and not necessarily the car with frills we would not use or need. Leroy was honest in explaining the trade-in value of our old car. He reviewed the value of our old car on different websites and compare it to how much they were offering us. We were impressed with Leroy's honesty and transparency. We did not feel rushed in making a decision. Once we decided on the car we were buying, the rest of sales process, including financing, insurance and registration, was complete within a couple of hours with Leroy's help. After the purchase, Leroy has kept in contact with us through both email and phone to make sure that we are okay with the purchase. The only minor concern we had was with the finance guy. We felt that we were being rushed to make decisions about service plans which were superflous - ToyotaCare Plus, Toyota Extra Platinum, Road Hazard Tire & Wheel Protection, among others. However, we would definitely recommend DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota to our friends because of our experience with the sales consultant, Leroy Porter. More
