The sales person, manager, and finance officer, answered all my questions and gave me information on things I hadn't even thought of. All were friendly, personable and completely professionable. I recently worked with Bobby to purchase a 2014 Camry Hybrid. I was looking for a "green" car with high tech features. DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota was my final stop on a nationwide search for a recent production, low mileage Toyota Tacoma 4x4 TRD Off Road model. Not only did they offer the vehicle that I wanted at a g nationwide search for a recent production, low mileage Toyota Tacoma 4x4 TRD Off Road model. Not only did they offer the vehicle that I wanted at a good price, but every person that I interacted with was courteous and helpful. I never got one moment of the typical dealer runaround and despite the difficulties of handling an internet, out-of-state transaction, the staff remained interested and worked quickly to move the sale forward. Online sales are inherently off-putting to many dealerships and others use the opportunity to play hard ball, but DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota was very professional and fair.
