This is my third lease in a row with Toyota. As always they are a great team and moved us through the process easily and efficiently. I've used the service department for six years now without a single problem. Be prepared, the place is busy for a reason! All in all a great experience. My sales person, Naeem Randall, was friendly, knowledgeable about all of Toyota's models, polite and very professional. I had been thinking about a Rav4 for some time, but it was on a whim coming knowledgeable about all of Toyota's models, polite and very professional. (I had been browsing a few weeks before this visit at DCH). Naeem approached as I was beginning my search and offered to point out the different RAV4's in stock. and the differences between the different models. Once again, there was no push - just information and opinions when I asked for them.There was never any sense of steering me one way or another to a specific model. He did what good sales people are supposed to do, LISTENED to what I was looking for and filled in the blanks. I would recommend him specifically to a friend or colleague. In addition the car was ready when promised and all questions I had about my new "Toy" were answered. Naeem gives car salesmen a good name and it speaks highly of the dealership as well.
