I give this review because it is not often that I receive such wonderful service when making a purchase. Bobby Pucher was friendly, efficient, personable, not pushy, direct and knew the Toyota products and such wonderful service when making a purchase. Robert Schaeffer was the first person my husband and I saw in pursuing the purchase of a new Toyota - and then when we went in to the dealership later, Bob Pucher followed through and sold us the vehicle. Robert Schaeffer was also friendly, efficient, personable, not pushy, knew his facts and helped explain the GPS etc. upon my getting the car this a.m. My husband I have purchased two cars from this dealership and influenced my daugher, Kim Malone and daughterinlaw Mari Miller to purchase from this dealership and they too are very happy.
