Our experience with Wappingers Toyota was an Awesome one. We originally went to Johnstons Toyota but couldn't come to an agreement. We did not like the first truck. When we came back we found the exact truck we were looking for. We again went out on "Michael's thorough test drive" and fell in love with the truck, so we went back to deal. Michael again was very courteous and patient. Everyone we dealt with there was polite, professional and positive. We not only feel that we got an excellent deal, but we purchased a truck 2yrs newer than the truck we were dealing with Johnstons for, and it was cheaper. I am typically very suspicious and impatient with car salespeople. We had done our homework and knew exactly what used car we wanted. Before coming to the dealership I spoke to Robert a few times askin salespeople. We had done our homework and knew exactly what used car we wanted. When we finally decided to go to the dealership to take a test drive, we were greeted by Robert with his broad smile, open personality, and low key attitude. Robert was patient, allowing us to take a very long test drive, answering our numerous questions and suggesting a good place to get lunch when he knew we needed more time to decide. We never felt pressure to decide or any frustration from him when we asked for a few items to be taken care of before we picked up the car for purchase. Delivery was on a busy Saturday morning. Yet, Robert showed us as many features of the Prius as we wanted to know. We would highly recommend this dealership and Robert as a sales person. More

Customer service is what it's all about, and because the staff at DCH understands this, my husband and I are now driving our new Prius C. More
