I hate car shopping, but DCH Toyota has changed my views on this. Right away I was greeted by Mr. Bobby Pucher who was kind, not pushy and was willing to help. I ended up having to go back to him 3 times before making a deal. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted. Not only that, but he did it will professionalism, kindness and humor. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle (which I had researched prior to shopping) and I was sold. He made everything easy and I have never laughed so much ( or ever) when buying a vehicle. You totally get a family feel when you go to DCH Toyota and you don't feel like you are being taken for everything. You actually leave with faith and a good feeling in your heart and head. I definitely recommend it and even if I move... I will make the trip to DCH to purchase another vehicle. OUTSTANDING!!! More

The best car shopping experience ever! Rob was amazing, attentive, personable and able to answer all questions. I usually dread getting a new car when my lease is up, I walked in, was offered the best opt attentive, personable and able to answer all questions. I usually dread getting a new car when my lease is up, I walked in, was offered the best option possible without the torture of haggling back and forth. Rob offered me a car I never thought I would be able to afford and made it possible. I co-signed with my Dad who lives over an hour and a half away, most dealerships would force him to be present to sign. They spoke to him on the phone and Fedexed him all of the paperwork and worked with us to give us the best deal possible. I even decided to change my car insurance halfway through the process and they adapted with no fuss. They took my old Toyota lease so I didn't have to go back to the dreadful place I had my previous lease with. Everything was ready in the time frame that was promised. It was a pleasure dealing with Rob, the other staff and the dealership. They make you feel welcome and extremely comfortable. They have a customer for life, I will never ever go to another car dealership. More

From my first phone contact with Kelly to signing the papers with Mike was an absolute pleasure. My sales professional, Naeem, was a joy to work with. His professionalism, customer service and personality are such that you at once feel confident and at ease. I live in PA, so traveling to Wappingers Falls in NY was quite the hike. 1.5 hours one way in fact. However, besides the Jeep being well worth the trip... Kelly, Naeem and Mike definately played into my decision. I couldn't have found a better vehicle at a better price... and gotten to interact with a better group of people if I spent forever looking. Because of the distance I'd be traveling I asked questions by phone first. Kelly was personable and very easy to talk to. Kelly listened to my questions and concerns and immediately got the ball rolling on what would become my purchase. The DCH crew went the extra mile providing me with additional pictures of the vehicle. PA has extremely strict rust restrictions when a vehicle is inspected. DCH went so far as to have the Jeep put on a lift and had pictures taken of the frame. My mechanic could then judge that the vehicle would pass inspection here with no problem. Even my stoic mechanic was impressed at the lengths DCH went to with a perspective customer. More

In particular, I appreciated the support of Internet Sales Consultant Mary Berenguer, who was my initial contact with the dealership. She patiently answered all my questions, followed up on my inquiry without being pushy, and provided a smooth transition to the in-person Sales Consultant, Robert Schaeffer, who calmly guided me through the remaining steps of the sale.
