DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota

I just purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry. This is my second purchase from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and both of my experiences were very pleasing. In the past I have used their Sales, Service and Financial D purchase from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and both of my experiences were very pleasing. In the past I have used their Sales, Service and Financial Departments; all of which have been no less than excellent. All their staff are very professional, experienced and kind. While shopping for my new car I had visited a few of the local dealers and was not very happy, most of them just give you a run around and make buying a car almost impossible. So again I found myself at DCH Toyota and purchased my new car with ease. So if your shopping for a new or used car and dont want to waste your time then go to DCH Toyota. They will treat you with respect and make your car buying experience nothing short of Excellent. While shopping for a new car I test drove most of the top brand mid size sedans and can tell you that the 2012 Toyota Camry won my vote "hands down". By far the best " bang for the buck". More

He laid out the prices the interest rate options. Let me have the space and time I needed to think about it. I came back with questions. Looked at the car again. Another sales person Michael helped me a third time when I came back with my daughter and took another test drive. I never felt like these guys were rushing me into a decision. Finally I decided to buy. Corey Rheal helped us through the paperwork and even got us a better interest rate then I was expecting! They made the whole process fast and painless. They are great. I would recommend this dealership and Robert Schaeffer to anybody who is looking for a car and wants a great deal but still wants to be treated fairly and with respect. More

After the great experience my wife and sister-in-law had purchasing their cars from Robert at DCH Toyota, I decided to take my 2002 Tacoma there for a service recall. After learning that the frame would ne purchasing their cars from Robert at DCH Toyota, I decided to take my 2002 Tacoma there for a service recall. After learning that the frame would need replacing, which Toyota covered completely, they even provided me with a loaner truck while mine was being serviced. It was very impressive to see how Toyota stands behind their vehicles. I decided that it would be a good time to look for a newer model while mine was in the shop. Robert took the time to show me the new trucks, explained the features and benefits of the different packages, took many tests drives with me, answered any questions I had and helped me get the best new truck to fit my needs. He was always very polite and friendly, never pressured me and kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole trade-in/buying experience. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I would highly recommend Robert and DCH Toyota to anyone buying a car. More
