I had routine service work performed on my Tacoma a couple weeks ago. That night when the lights were on, I noticed one of the dash bulbs were out in the heater/fan/AC panel. While part of the service included working in that area, it may have been a coincidence that the bulb burned out. Several days later, the other one failed. I went to the dealership to get two bulbs as I was able to replace them myself. Matt, in parts, who was very accomodating, told me they were about $15 each. I originally planned on buying two as I couldn't really connect the work they originally did with the bulb failure. When he told me the price, I said I would like to explain the situation to service as maybe they will make a price adjustment due to the fact the bulbs failed after service was performed. I talked to Taryn and told her the situation and could they possibly discount the price. She looked up the service record and to my surprise and delight offered to give me the bulbs at no charge since the failure was so close to the service, even though it was probably coincidental. That single act to me has cemented my relationship with DCH Toyota in Wappinger Falls. Taryn is an excellent example of how to give great customer service! More

He sensed my hesitation and assured me that he would do the absolute best to assist me with the purchase of another vehicle. I was then directed to your elite sales consultant Richard Schiro, who listened patiently as I expressed my wants and concerns. Richard was very pleasant and informative and made me feel comfortable and reassured. (He DID NOT make me feel as if I was obligated or trapped by his sale tactics.)In fact, It felt as if I was conversing with a family member instead of a car dealer. ( Lol!) The outcome was wonderful and I am now the proud owner of a 2007 Toyota Camry! This was all made possible by your awesome staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that I left Toyota as yet another satisfied customer! My experience was one of ease rather than stress, clarity rather than confusion, support rather than discord. This all happened because of the continuity of dealing with one person for sales and finances while also being aware of the efforts of the credit team on my behalf, for the only dealership that had every necessary number printed out and presented for me to see so that I felt informed and therefore respected and for the attention to my worth as a customer. Ms. Sinapi worked closely with me prior to my arrival to find a model I liked and quote me the lowest possible price; when I finally settled on the car I wanted, Mrs. Sinapi informed me of various administrative steps I could take (such as getting my insurance policy started, obtaining forms for the actual deal, etc.) to streamline the purchase process. All in all, these steps saved a huge amount of time for when I finally arrived, since purchasing a car is an unavoidably lengthy, multi-step process. The quality of service was high and thorough from start to finish, and I spent very little time waiting or idling while the deal was taking place. Every staff member that helped me was patient, and I really felt like a VIP the whole time. Finally, I was given an excellent price on my new car, and never felt like anyone was trying to do a hard up-sell with me, which is good, since I reject a hard sell immediately. I hate the fake niceness. I just wanted my questions answered. Boy was I surprised. Questions answered, prices considerably better than I anticipated, a generous trade in on a 9 year old, 230,000 mile camry. The sincerity, honesty, competence of everyone we met in the dealership was obvious. The pricing policy in the dealership precludes bargaining. Everything was so positive I bought the car on the spot and have lived happily ever after. It's our third vehicle from this dealership, our first with Jose, and all of the experiences have been great. We're retired now, and expect this to be our last car. More

Bobby brought the car I had test driven to our house so my husband could see it. He then brought our new car for delivery to our house so my husband could sign all paperwork along with me paperwork. My husband and I had been considering the purchase of a new Toyota for some time. We had visited several dealers and were not at all comfortable with them. We had researched online and knew exactly what we wanted. We decided on a RAV4 6 cylinder Limited Edition with leather seating and navigation in Blizzard White. My husband met Naeem Randall last week, and both of us went back together yesterday. Naeem was friendly and personable and not at all like a "salesman". He went out of his way to accommodate us and within minutes he brought us the RAV4 6-cylinder in Blizzard White, but it did not have the navigation. Not to worry. We then met Corey, business manager who explained that since this a dealer installed option, it would be installed for us. We were trading in a Chevy Avalanche and then met Ira who inspected the car and offered us a very fair trade in price. So, by 6 pm our new RAV4 iwas in our garage. All paperwork was taken care of at DCH TOYOTA including DMV, insurance and financing. The overall experience was excellent and we would highly recommend friends and family to DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota.
