I cant say enough about how Michael Maresca made us feel comfortable, no pressure, never trying to push you into something or steer you in a direction you didnt want to go. In 2009 I purchased a Toyota Camry (my 3rd) from DCH Wappinger Falls. I was interested in trading that car in for a new Camry - the 60 month 0 percent interest was definitely an incentive. A few weeks ago my son and I were looking at the Camry's on the lot when a young man approached us and asked if he could help us. This young man's name was Daniel Coppola. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the Camry and answered every question- concern my son and I had thoroughly and with great patience. There was never any pressure. It was difficult for me to choose the color I wanted and Daniel waited patiently while I decided. It took me 2 days! The color I wanted was not at DCH so the staff reached out to locate one for me. I wanted leather seats so that took additional time to be done. Throughout this process Daniel kept in touch with me as to the status of my car. On December 22nd I picked up my new car!! I couldn't be more pleased. Daniel is definitely an asset to your dealership. I have already recommended him to one of my co-workers. I would like to thank all the other members of the staff who played a part in my purchase. I will definitely recomment DCH Toyota dealership! I had previously bought a 2008 Toyota Sienna from the dealership and was looking to trade it for a new more practical vehicle for my changing family. I had stopped in once previously to casually browse, dealership and was looking to trade it for a new more practical vehicle for my changing family. I had stopped in once previously to casually browse, but now knew what I wanted. I approached Naeem Randall with my requirements, and it resulted in the smoothest transaction I've ever had in my car buying experience. This is the eighth vehicle I've purchased in total. Naeem's no nonsense approach and knowledgeability was quite welcoming. Trade-in value was great, as well as purchase price. I hadn't expected to actually leave with the vehicle that day, but Naeem made it happen, even stayed after closing and helped me transfer personal items incuding a bulky child car seat between vehicles. He was truly a pleasure to work with. The following week I returned with a friend who was in the market to trade for a Toyota certified car, and Naeem made that transaction happen just as smoothly. I've since recommended the dealership and Naeem to several friends and acquaintances. I anticipate any future auto purchases will be from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota, as I am already a repeat customer. The price I was willing to pay at a dealership 5 miles from my house was the price offered for the exact same model 2012 Avalon by DCH without even asking. That was just the beginning of a great process. Anna Delaney of the internet sales department was extremely helpful and responsive. She arranged for Michael Gottuso to work with me. After my previous bad experiences with other dealerships, I had no expectations that I would end up coming away with a positive view of the process. I have. Every aspect was handled seemlessly and with great courtesy and professionalism. Michael was extremely helpful in making all the arrangements, picking me up at the station, and patiently explaining all features of the car. I truly enjoyed the event. Location: I never would have considered going so far to purchase a Toyota with so many other dealerships on Long Island. Now I wouldn't consider anyplace else. I took the train from Manhattan into New Hamburg; Michael picked me up at the station -- it couldn't have been more convenient. Yes, I had a two hour drive back -- that also added to the experience. After all my research and test drives, it was a pleasure to get the Avalon on the road. I happily drove over an hour to return to the dealership to pick up my new truck, because my buying experience there was better than with any of the CT dealerships I had approached. My only complaint is Service Department-related. I had a trailer hitch installed on the new truck before picking it up, which required the removal of some plastic interior trim pieces. I later discovered that they were not reinstalled well. One clip was missing, and integrated clips/alignment pins on two of the plastic trim pieces were broken. Not Rob's fault, of course. More
