I came prepared with a list of questions and he didn't even blink. He was very amicable giving me all the information and facts. When it seemed that I might not be able to afford the Camry, Mr.Patel saved the day. Needless to say that was Friday and Saturday I got my car. Unable to get to the dealership, arrangements were made and I was picked up to boot--35 minutes away. You cannot go wrong buying from Toyota Wappingers Falls. It true: no hassle, no double talk. Oh, and the finance guy, Robert Goldberg,is straight from the hip. Yes, he offered the extras (but Consumers Report say you don't really need this)...he tries to get you to buy (it is part of his job after all) but a firm "no,thank you" should do it. I brought my car in for service on May 29, 2012 to have an oil change, inspection and have the battery checked. I asked the Service Advisor to see if they could check the car over thoroughly while there. H an oil change, inspection and have the battery checked. I asked the Service Advisor to see if they could check the car over thoroughly while there. He followed through and, is it turned out, the Axle Boot and power steering rack had to be replaced. I am a teacher and have to drive to the Bronx every day. The roads I take are windy, narrow, and there is often no place to safely pull off the roadway. Matthew Gaynor's excellent and professional service, along with an outstanding team of mechanics, may well have saved me from having an accident. In addition, they arranged for me to have a rental car (that was virtually new) and my extended warantee covered all the major repairs! I was so impressed with their ability to follow through, care they took in examining the car, and support of Toyota's Warantee for these critical repairs, that I would not hesitate to buy another Toyota. In fact, I started looking into that before leaving the DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle. It seems they did not put the oil back in my car during an oil change. I went to the dealership in Wappingers and they were very patient checking the oil every month to make sure I wasn't burning oil until one day it was. Since I had an extended warranty I was able to have my engine fixed. I needed a rental and asked for a Rav4 and they were very accommodating. I received a phone call during the week my car was in for repairs giving me updates, and all with a very friendly voice. Since my car engine needed to get fixed, there was other problems they found and fixed them at no cost. I do not live in Wappingers and make the trip there even for an oil change. They are always friendly and John Stinson explains what the problem is in detail. I am impressed by all the folks in the service department as they are definitely a dealership all should be very proud of with a first class customer experience TEAM. So with that, congratulations for making folks feel confident in the service they receive as we all have to put our trust in the service department when we bring out cars in.
