Started out as your typical car buying experience. What my wife and I came to the dealer to find was a new or used Corolla in a reasonable price range. Jose Villar was awesome. No problems with Jose at all. Michael Limata however was absolutely horrible and has made it so we will NEVER buy a car from DCH Toyota. I myself am on my 4th Toyota and have never experienced the attitude and lack of respect of someone like Michael Limata. We where told that we are being unrealistic and that we should lease. Which we made VERY clear that we are not interested in leasing. Well Michael Limata, your competing dealership gave us very close to the deal we where after. Because of you, we will not be returning to DCH to buy a vehicle. With the deal not in the picture, just by how you treated us it is evident that DCH is in my opinion not the best in the area. Again, Jose Villar was fantastic. More

The dealership put forth a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, unlike what we have experienced here in Connecticut. This experience was well worth the trip. This was my 4th time leasing a car with DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. They have earned my trust many times over. I have experienced other dealerships and have no desire or need to visit any other after bei Falls Toyota. They have earned my trust many times over. The employees there are so friendly and I never feel pressured by anyone. Melissa Sinapi was my sales woman. She was great! She new her products, and provided so much information and patience. I would recommend DCH and Melissa to anyone. Once you visit DCH Wappingers Falls, then you will have no need to try any other place. When I walked away with another Rav 4 with many more options than my last one and my payments were "less" than they were, why would I even waste my time anywhere else. My first 2 leases were Camry's, my second 2 were Rav 4's. Maybe I'll try something different next time. I love "Toyota". Thank you DCH and Melissa,I am very happy. More
I had a fairly good experience with this dealership. The price of the car was fantastic, and was exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I had trouble with was the fact that I did not have New York insurance, and was not notified by the dealership before I was going to pick up the car that I needed to sign up for 24 hours prior. Additionally, I had to wait for almost two hours after my scheduled appointment to sign paperwork with a manager (Corey Rheal, I believe). I very much did NOT appreciate that. Overall, a very good experience, but I would suggest that their managers be more proactive with their schedules and appointments. More
I have had the luxury of not having to purchase a vehicle in many years so I was not looking forward to this adventure until it began. I just wanted to take this time to thank the service department. They are, by far, the best service department I have ever delt with.
