I'm thankful to Matt and the service crew for identifying and repairing an unexpected problem with my pre-certified car during a routine oil change. Aside from this, Matt checked in to see if something might be covered under the pre-certification package even though he knew that it normally wasn't and the end result was that it turned out to be covered. My first visit I met briefly with Jose. No pressure, he just answered my several questions and then I left. I liked the non-pressure and honest answers.
