I was very pleased with my experience at DCH Wappingers Toyota. This was my first experience with this dealer and John Bellino was knowledgeable, helpful and patient as we asked questions and considered a Toyota. It was a very different experience than I have had at other dealers in the Hudson Valley. It has a real "Western NY" feel in the friendliness and welcoming atmosphere. When we settled on a vehicle the price was fair and he handled everything very smoothly. As we finished the financial paperwork with Corey Rheal he was very considerate and careful to make sure that we fully understood the process and the options. I would definitely return to this dealer and would even consider it if I lived outside of the area. And because of how I was treated I am going to give the service department an opportunity as well. I leased my Toyota Sienna Minivan 3 years ago and have just recently bought it outright. Went to DCH for the second vehicle in two months. My fiance special ordered a 2012 Tacoma and we were back a month later (before his truck could even arrive from the factory) to buy me a 2012 Rav 4 Spor fiance special ordered a 2012 Tacoma and we were back a month later (before his truck could even arrive from the factory) to buy me a 2012 Rav 4 Sport. Worked with George for both sales and he was patient with us and very informative. Test drove two versions before deciding on the 4 cyl and George knew the ins and outs of each one. When we picked up the car he sat with us to program my cell phone and to explain all the functions of the car. Great to work with and extremely hassle free when it came to the overall experience, not just the price itself.The Sales Manager Karl was easy to talk to about our trade in as well without the fear of being short changed. The finance process was easy as Robert explained everything in detail as well as all of our options for loans from different lenders. Would definitely recommend DCH to family and friends. More

Cheerful, neat, courteous staff know me, among hundreds of other customers, by name. Waiting room and restroom facilities are clean and well lit. Waiting room provides fresh coffee and neat rows of current magazines, a more subtle way of showing customer consideration and pride in the facility's presentation. Labor costs seem competitive. Toyota parts are pricey but I would rather have the assurance of Toyota quality than the uncertainty of other manufacturers. Similar to dental visits, no one likes even routine car maintenance, but Jeff, Crystal, Karen and the dealership's team of mechanics make this necessity actually enjoyable. More

This is the fourth car my family and I have purchased from this dealer. The salesmen were very transparent with the prices including, for each car I was interested in, giving me the dealer invoice and t from this dealer. This was especially useful since I went though quite a few theoretical purchases with them during the process. They were also very low pressure, not making me feel like I had to commit to the car to get a price. This enabled me to do a good comparison with Edmunds TMV and with other research based on what was actually on the lot. I found the price to be below the TMV for my area and very competitive overall. I very much like having the convenience of the well priced dealer in my local area. My decision to purchase from this dealer was made even easier given the fact that they have provided me with truly top notch service with my other cars. The fact that the sales people do not work on commision was a big plus in all regards. I started with one salesman and when I came in again and found him busy, he got me over to his co-worker immediately. Whenever I could not immediately get with one the other would take over in the same open and low pressure manner. All in all, the entire experience was very satisfying. More
