He told us it was his job to find the right car for us, and that's exactly what he did. I was not an easy job for him because when we walked in I had no idea what I was looking for. We had been to two other dealers that day before walking in to Toyota. Picking up our new car was so easy. All the paperwork was ready, Pinkal had arranged everything with DMV and my insurance. He even sat in our new car and set up the cell phone for us. After having my new car for a week I had a complaint about a rattle noise that has been annoying. I called Pinkal and he set up an appointment with the service dept. for the same day. The issue is still being worked on but the service people were very understanding and I hope it will be resoved soon. More

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. It started off as an online request for quote for a specific car one snowy Saturday morning. A few more email exchanges and phone calls later(all within a couple of hours) we had a tentative deal and had set up an appointment for a test drive for the very next day. One of the nice thing about this dealership is that they are open on Sundays and I believe this makes all the difference especially for people like me who do most of their shopping over the weekend.The experience at the dealership during the test drive was great. We had all our questions answered and all the important features of the car were demonstrated.We closed the deal that day and decided to pick the car the next weekend. The dealership took care of all the paperwork and everything was ready when we came the next weekend to pick the car and complete the transaction. Everything about the car was explained to us in detail and we were out of there within an hour in our spanking new car. For example, Rob called us a year ago to let us know of a promotion whereby my husband could return his lease early, reduce his monthly payments, drive home in a new car, and get a free iPod. What a win-win! Because Rob's in a new role now, we just dealt with Mary Snoek (though Rob was still involved and looking out for us). Mary knew what I wanted in a car, and she made it happen for me! She even ordered a last-minute change to the car's exterior (I had said it was probably too late, and she said she'd get it done), which looks fantastic. I like that she patiently stepped me through all the car's features before we even committed to the new lease. When we returned our old car on Tuesday, I thought I'd removed all of our personal belongings, but I had forgotten my kids' favorite audio CDs. I stopped by the dealership yesterday without calling, and Mary practically greeted me at the door with my pile of CDs. She was always one step ahead of me.... This new car is perfect. My children are on cloud nine with the split-screen DVD, and I'm like a kid in a candy store with all the extras. I reviewed the guidebooks last night (Mary had flagged all the important pages--another example of going above and beyond), and I successfully hooked up the Bluetooth, programmed the navigation, synched the garage doors, etc. She had said I could stop by at any point if I had questions about anything--and I believe it.
