MJ Herring is the salesman I met when I walked in off the street in September, and I was very impressed by his no-pressure, friendly yet professional style. When my wife and I returned for a RAV4 test-drive, we got to know MJ a little better and we really liked what we saw - a very bright and personable individual with great integrity. He loves Toyotas, yet our various conversations included open and fair assessments (both the pros and cons) of competing car makes, where we found that we had mutual positions. We left the test-drive feeling that we would probably buy a RAV4, and that we would definitely feel comfortable doing business with MJ and DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. Several weeks later, we were ready to buy, and we returned to MJ to find us a new RAV4. A week or so later, we closed the deal - encountering only pleasant surprises in the process - and we drove off in a great car with a full tank of gas, courtesy of MJ and DCH. After spending weeks looking for a used car at small dealers and on the Internet, we stopped in at DCH Toyota. As we got out of our Sienna (which we bought at the same dealership) a very friendly, smili dealers and on the Internet, we stopped in at DCH Toyota. We asked about the car we found on an Internet search and asked if it was still available. Jose showed us the car and went inside to get the keys. Here is where our experience at DCH deviated from our other encounters with car sales people, Jose let us look at the car and stood by to answer questions. Of course we had lots of them! He was patient with us answering them all. By far this was one of the best experiences we have had while purchasing a car. Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was friendly and helpful.
