Less than a month in, we had to bring the car back TWICE. Once because of the brakes (they needed to be replaced but the dealership only shaved them down) and another because of a simple computer service upd Once because of the brakes (they needed to be replaced but the dealership only shaved them down) and another because of a simple computer service update that took nearly a week to get back. They had to send it out to a different dealer and it was finished within the hour but we didn’t get it back for another day and a half! We had the car home for about 15 days before our first payment was even due! The service techs were nice, and courteous however it took them so long for the turn around. You would think after only having the vehicle home for two weeks they would speed it up a little. Also, for it being a new to us vehicle, we expected not to have brought it back in for service until the first oil change, not twice within the first month of owning it! We then decided to go to a different Lithia dealer for our scheduled oil changes to be told the car needed four new tires. This is now three months of owning the car. We were told at the point of purchase that they changed the tires before we drove it off the lot. So what’s the truth here?? Disappointed because the sales and finance team really were great to work with. Unfortunately we will be taking our services to a different Lithia dealer. More
My service rep Evin Calderon is a 10/10 superstar. Good service reps are hard to find and evin is out of this world. He always takes care of me and my RAV4. When I got into a car accident (hitting a deer) Evin fought with geico on my behalf so my insurance will cover 100% of my car costs. I really appreciate everything Evin has helped me out with, there is no better service rep than him. More

Although my husband did finally resolve the problem with our car after an argument with the service department, he told me that the staff was very rude and condescending when he requested an explanation of our car after an argument with the service department, he told me that the staff was very rude and condescending when he requested an explanation of a diagnosis which turned out to be a scam and completely wrong. We are very disappointed at the attitude and quality of his experience. We have purchased at least five vehicles from your dealership and never had a problem before. Your staff doesn’t need to be rude and give my husband dirty looks when he is right and called them out on it. At the end of the service my husband did smooth over the tension. The person we paid at the counter did not honor the discount card we received in the mail. Very disappointed and will not be recommending your service department. Nicole Tempestilli More
