I had four tires I needed mounted and balanced. Service itself was very good. However when I initially called to ask the price I was told it was going to be $180 something. I assumed that this was a mista itself was very good. However when I initially called to ask the price I was told it was going to be $180 something. I assumed that this was a mistake because that’s very high so I stopped in to confirm and was told they were twenty a tire. So as I was making my appointment they changed and said it was instead going to be $30 due to them being low profile tires which they aren’t. (Stock 2018 Camry se) So I followed through because I did need the tires on and on the day of my drop off I was told they were $120 flat rate and that’s what it always is. Just confusing on price and the breakdown. More

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection. They failed my inspection and said I had a leak in my power steering rack with an estimated repair of $2500. I brought my vehicle to a different shop They failed my inspection and said I had a leak in my power steering rack with an estimated repair of $2500. I brought my vehicle to a different shop and they found no leak in my power steering rack or anywhere else. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me at this dealership, specifically with Mike Giordano from the service department. I for one am done with them, tired of being ripped off. More

I felt humiliated and degraded by the service man who took care of me because he said my car was old and was shocked that my tires were not dry rotted also leaving he is loud stating l was getting free s took care of me because he said my car was old and was shocked that my tires were not dry rotted also leaving he is loud stating l was getting free service when I paid in advance over $260 for this so called free service plus being broken down @ purchase $2000 for the 5 year extended warranty that is really only 2 years. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out later that nothing was even touched on my car!!!!!! If there is any type of training that you can send your employees on how to treat customers, he is without a doubt the best one to send for it. I hope I am not treated this way next time I am in there. I am dreading already my next 2 oil changes I paid in advance for that will not walk out with my dignity.
