Hello, Thank you for the feed back. I'm very sorry you had to experience this. Yes, it's a fault in the scheduling system. There are certain recalls that parts need to be ordered by vin #, which means we don't have a supply of them on hand. Toyota calls it a MAC release order. Since this recall is pretty new it was not blocked from online booking, hence the problem you incurred. Again, please accept our deepest apology and call me to discuses further if necessary.
