Service department were failing to have urgent recall parts ready for repairing my 2019 Avalon on appointment date. It is no big deal, I can rescheduled and have somebody pick up and drop me off .Howeve parts ready for repairing my 2019 Avalon on appointment date. I referred my son, father in-law and a Doctor bought a Toyota Tundra, a rave 4 and a Runner at your dealer. They also had bad experiences such as no oil add to engine and heavy oil leak inside garage after oil change. Please review your online schedule service needs and order parts before appointment. This is a difficult review to write because I have trusted my cars Toyota for A long time. My service representative is always very helpful. However, the last time I brought my 2019 Highlander in for trusted my cars Toyota for A long time. My service representative is always very helpful. However, the last time I brought my 2019 Highlander in for recall repair, it was not fixed correctly. I was sent home with a car that was leaking gas so bad that when I went to fill the car back up it started pouring out of the bottom. I had called as soon as I left the station to tell them how strong the odor of gas was but was advised that this was normal. When the gas Started streaming out of the bottom of the car I drove it straight back to Toyota for servicing. It was given to the same technician and he worked on it for the day. I asked them to top it up with gas when he was finished to make sure the problem was resolved. I picked up the car the next day And was assured that it was fixed properly this time. I drove home and left the car in the garage overnight, but the next morning I went to top it up with gas and once again it started streaming out the bottom. It was extremely frustrating and I lost faith in the service team. and was assured that it was fixed properly this time. The foreman worked on my car this time and Kathleen assured me that it was fixed correctly. So far I have not had any problems since the third time I picked up my car, but this was an extremely frustrating experience and cast doubts on how qualified or thorough the technician who did my initial repair was.
