very satisfied the service oil change this time on 1/19/19. I came in for a conventional oil change + multi-point inspection with top off all fluids/oils. I have two Camry (2000 and 2014) which have been serviced regularly at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. What I expect from service department is to deliver what customer ordered/purchased completely without skipping any items and customer should not have to call in advance to remind all items were needed to be performed. I did have experienced in the past items were NOT performed and had to come back. This time job was exceptionally done. I had no problem with what Mike Giordan did for me. Thank you Mike. Next time I want to deal with you next time I come in. More

Fast, friendly service Dropped my car off for the 20k Toyota care service. Once I went inside the check in area I was greeted by many friendly people. The only issue is when I pulled into the bay to part my car there was a kid sitting by the small desk with his legs up and texting on his phone. Without getting up or coming over he just glanced up and told me to go in the door on my left. That was the only off putting experience. More
Extra long wait time and no final diagnosis I leased a 2018 Prius in December. Last week the car failed to start in the morning. After several attempts it finally started but a check engine ligh I leased a 2018 Prius in December. Last week the car failed to start in the morning. After several attempts it finally started but a check engine light was now on. I called the dealership at 9am and scheduled a visit for early afternoon, after being told the visit would be 1 hour. Upon arrival I was told 1-1.5 hours. I ended up waiting more than 2 hours (many other customers came and went in that time) at which point I went back into the service area to inquire about the ETA. I was told it would be another 1-1.5 hours to finish the diagnosis, and that in the future I should consider leaving the car instead of waiting. This was not suggested when I called or when I arrived. I waited the additional hour at which point I was told that there was not enough hybrid technicians working today (which I was also not told at any earlier point) and that they were starting to shut down for the day, and that I would have to leave the car overnight so they could work on it in the morning. Not having been told that I would have to leave the car, I had to arrange a pickup to get home, as well as get back to the dealer the next day. Upon final pickup I was told that no issue was found and that they were not sure of the cause but if it happens again to bring it back. While there was no charge for the diagnosis, I lost many hours of work and have no advice on how to avoid a repeat of the issue. Very disappointing and frustrating visit. Better communication and scheduling is needed here. I have leased multiple cars from DCH (as has my wife) and have previously been satisfied, but will consider going elsewhere for service in the future. More
