FIRST TIME This is the first time I got out in less than an hour. (oil change and inspection) Usually it takes about an hour and a half but once it took over two and a half hours. Note that I always had an appointment! On the other hand, maybe my expectations have been too high. I always changed my own oil with previous vehicles. But, with my 2015 Tacoma, oil changes were included for the first two years. After that, I had sort of aged out of doing the changes myself and, since I had to go in for the inspection anyway, I figured I would let someone else do the dirty work I do appreciate the free inspection and I always take a book to read. . Excellent service by call handling. I had an excellent call with the call handling desk when I went in for servicing. The service desk said that they could NOT use my tire rotation coupo I had an excellent call with the call handling desk when I went in for servicing. The service desk said that they could NOT use my tire rotation coupon unless I came back again. When I called the service number again, they promptly gave me an immediate service time which allowed the technician to do the needful at the same time. Wish the coupons were not that restrictive.
