Not enough information or warning on what it will cost Hi, I've been on vacation so I have not seen this message. I honestly, did not feel comfortable and it felt taken advantage. I like the person on the on the desk last year who was the same person this time around but when he asked about the breaks warning from last year and if I had repaired them some where else he only told me they only gotten gotten worse since the last time when I ask to look at them again. Remember I'm also getting an inspection. Note that the car has been driven very little since the last time. You folks gave me the car fully certified so in that many miles I would doubt I would doubt I will ware out the breaks that much. I also got charged for about two hours of labor about 300 hours of labor. I know I was asking for inspection and tire rotation but that was not put on the bill. Nothing about those things on the bill. I also brought coupons, That sounds kind of high and I will calculated to 150 dollars and hour. I also looked at what this cost some where else. I know this is not dealer ship caliber. But it will be have half the price. Sorry. I cannot give you a high rating on this one. I did ended up with a 450+ bill after showing the coupon for 99+ axle break job, 19 dollar ration, 21 dollar inspection that is I do like you guys. Eliuth More

20K mile service Well, when I arrived and walked into the area where the reps sit there was 3 individuals standing around talking and having a great time. One of tho Well, when I arrived and walked into the area where the reps sit there was 3 individuals standing around talking and having a great time. One of those individuals was facing me and saw that I was standing there. NOT once did any of those individuals greet me nor say anything to me. Another Rep saw me from a distance standing there waiting to be acknowledged and walked over to me to greeted me asking if I had an appointment. At this time I said I did and that I was extremely disappointing to see 3 individuals standing there and couldn't be bothered to greet me nor help me. The gentleman that assisted me went above an beyond to assist me in my service appointment. He actually apologized for his co-workers in which he didn't have to. Kudos to the service rep that assisted me. I honestly do not recall who the folks are that I had interaction with in the past so I click all of them. More

Not Helpful The service was very minor (check-up + tire rotation). The car does not have a wheel key; they had no solution for that, other than our spending a lo The service was very minor (check-up + tire rotation). They do not clean the car, at this dealership, nor do they provide any coupons for cleaning, as do other Toyota dealerships. The young lady that interacted with us, was notably unhelpful in all regards. More
