They are very good about heading off problems in advance I'm closing in on 50K on my Rav4, and this last service appointment was the first time I've had any repairs other than standard oil changes and tire r I'm closing in on 50K on my Rav4, and this last service appointment was the first time I've had any repairs other than standard oil changes and tire rotations. When I brought it in the last time for an oil change I was told that I had a slight leak in my rear axle seal, nothing urgent, but bring it in when you get time. I dropped it off and it's fixed again. I love that they pulled the car right up to the building when I finished paying and didn't have to try to find it. I also love that they award points that come in the mail and can be used towards future service appointments. It made paying for it a little less painful. It's a far cry from when I used to see a repair person quarterly, when I drove similar GM products. More
