I was here for a recall on my 2012 Corolla. I had no issues , was waited on as soon as I arrived. ONE Great Employee On Wednesday, May 20th, Mr. Cimorelli, resolved a problem caused by the previous male service rep (who kept me waiting for hours on Monday, May 18th, On Wednesday, May 20th, Mr. Cimorelli, resolved a problem caused by the previous male service rep (who kept me waiting for hours on Monday, May 18th, for an inspection). Mr. Cimorelli is the person I was supposed to have had on Monday, but the other male rep decided to take over, without identifying or introducing himself (with the mask on, it was not clear that he was NOT Cimorelli). This other male rep had kept me waiting for hours on Monday while hundreds of dollars of services I had not anticipated doing that day were done and he did not communicate with me about the long delay. I was late for an appointment and the inspection did not get done. This other male rep on Monday indicated I could come back on another day and there would be no charge for the inspection. I had to make 2 trips to Toyota to get the inspection done. That is why I returned on Wednesday. The female rep. on Wednesday morning, was curt and not inclined to listen to me. Mr. Cimorelli discouraged me from driving away. He listened and he made things right. Mr. Cimorelli is a professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. More
