Right Hand Side View Mirror Taken Out by Garbage Can First of all, I received an appointment from one day to the other. Since I had the part that flew off of the mirror, Toyota was able to fix the mirro First of all, I received an appointment from one day to the other. Since I had the part that flew off of the mirror, Toyota was able to fix the mirror, and sent me on my way! I was extremely pleased that I was able to retrieve the outer part of the side view mirror. Effective but try to overcharge I like this dealership but have been consistently frustrated and disappointed by the attempts to overcharge me. Case in point - I had a quote for ne I like this dealership but have been consistently frustrated and disappointed by the attempts to overcharge me. Case in point - I had a quote for new tires and alignment. $638. Made an appointment. On arriving I was given a sheet to sign, only the amount was $860. I challenged this, and pointed out I had prior quote for $638. The service manager looked at it again and said he could do it for $680. I pointed to my quote again. Finally I got my tires and alignment for the agreed quote. But had this been a trusting elderly person or a naive college student, the DCH Wappingers would have happily overcharged by $222! That is simply unacceptable. Add to this the fact that I have experienced similar on previous occasions and it seems to be institutional malpractice. More
