HORRIBLE, DISHONEST CROOKS UNETHICAL, LIARS AND RUDE. DON"T TRUST ANY OF THEM. I CAUGHT THEM IN TOO MANY LIES EVERY TIME I BROUGHT MY TRUCK IN FOR SERVICE. I WAS TOLD I NEEDED S UNETHICAL, LIARS AND RUDE. DON"T TRUST ANY OF THEM. I CAUGHT THEM IN TOO MANY LIES EVERY TIME I BROUGHT MY TRUCK IN FOR SERVICE. I WAS TOLD I NEEDED SERVICE THAT I ALREADY DID (EX. SHOCKS AND STRUTS) 50K MILES AFTER THEY JUST DID THE JOB. WHEN I QUESTIONED IT, I WAS INITIALLY TOLD THAT 50K MILES IS THE TIMEFRAME TO REPLACE SHOCKS AND STRUTS. WHEN I KEPT QUESTIONING IT, I WAS TOLD A DIFFERENT STORY. THEY SAID I NEEDED SPARK PLUGS THAT I JUST DID WITH THEM ABOUT 39K MILES PREVIOUSLY. ONCE I QUESTIONED THE RECOMMENDATIONS THEY TURNED VERY RUDE AND JUST KEPT TRYING TO LIE THEIR WAY OUT OF EVERYTHING. I THEN WAS TOLD I DO NOT NEED ANY OF THOSE RECOMMENDATIONS. DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME. THE LAST TIME I WENT THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE, I ENDED UP WALKING OUT AND NEVER HAD MY SERVICE DONE, ONCE AGAIN FOR THEIR DISHONESTY AND THEY WERE RUDE. I THOUGHT THEY COULD HANDLE AN OIL CHANGE BUT SHAME ON ME FOR THINKING THAT AND GOING THERE. ONCE AGAIN THEY PROVED HOW THEY RUN THEIR BUSINESS - DISHONESTLY! PLEASE CHECK YOUR SERVICE BILLS AND YOU WILL SEE DISCREPANCIES FROM WHEN YOU HAD SERVICE DONE AND WHEN THEY ARE RECOMMENDING THE SAME SERVICE AGAIN. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY PRETEND TO BE HELPFUL AND NICE TO GAIN YOUR TRUST AND THEY ARE ROBBING YOU. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILLS AND QUESTION EVERYTHING. I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF THAT WAS A OPTION. HOPEFULLY I WILL GET SOMEWHERE WITH THIS ISSUE AS I HAVE A LAWYER NOW. More

Quick, courteous service with a smile! 2019 Tacoma 1st 5,000 mile service- Alicia Verven was very professional, helpful and kind. Alicia always has a smile on her face and seems genuinely happy to help. DCH of Wappingers Falls has always been helpful whenever a service arises. This visit was just a tire rotation, check fluids and a test drive for a slightly hesitation. They weren’t able to diagnose the hesitation but I know that my 2018 Tacoma had the same minor issue. Alicia also alerted to me that there is a recall on my Tacoma and made arrangements for ordering the part and told me she’d call once the parts arrived to set up another appointment. Having the service department open on Sat/Sun is very helpful. Thank you. More

The call center person (don't remember her name, sorry) was familiar with my vehicle's service history and recommended the proper services. Our service advisor, Kathleen, did a great job of keeping us advised of progressm, and suggested very clearly what additional services we should consider, and the reasons. New spark plugs and valve cover gaskets for my 200 Lexus No Lexuse dealer near me, plus the Toyota service is generally cheaper.
