Disappointed I recently had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and rear wiper replacement. When I arrived I noticed three cars in the holding area. I I recently had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and rear wiper replacement. When I arrived I noticed three cars in the holding area. I stated I had an appointment and would my car be service right away or would I be in line of first come first served. I was assured my vehicle would take priority. The service rep checked me in and said it would be an hour and ten minutes. One hour and fifty minutes later she came out and asked if I would like a filter replaced. I denied that service and she left. At that point I expected my service to be complete in about ten more minutes. A half hour later she came with my statement. I voiced my dissatisfaction stating the time to complete my sevice was over double what was given me. She explained they were short staffed. This I could understand but what I don’t understand is that there was absolutely no communication or update when the time quoted approached. I was not updated that it would take longer than expected. Communication is key in a service related business and I feel this fell very short. A little communication goes a long way in averting a dissatisfaction in the experience. More
Bought this car here 2 months ago and needs lots of repairs I bought this car 2 months ago and the brakes weren't right so I brought it back and they resurfaced them.
