Fast, friendly service Dropped my car off for the 20k Toyota care service. Once I went inside the check in area I was greeted by many friendly people. The only issue is when I pulled into the bay to part my car there was a kid sitting by the small desk with his legs up and texting on his phone. Without getting up or coming over he just glanced up and told me to go in the door on my left. That was the only off putting experience. More
Extra long wait time and no final diagnosis I leased a 2018 Prius in December. Last week the car failed to start in the morning. After several attempts it finally started but a check engine ligh I leased a 2018 Prius in December. Last week the car failed to start in the morning. After several attempts it finally started but a check engine light was now on. I called the dealership at 9am and scheduled a visit for early afternoon, after being told the visit would be 1 hour. Upon arrival I was told 1-1.5 hours. I ended up waiting more than 2 hours (many other customers came and went in that time) at which point I went back into the service area to inquire about the ETA. I was told it would be another 1-1.5 hours to finish the diagnosis, and that in the future I should consider leaving the car instead of waiting. This was not suggested when I called or when I arrived. I waited the additional hour at which point I was told that there was not enough hybrid technicians working today (which I was also not told at any earlier point) and that they were starting to shut down for the day, and that I would have to leave the car overnight so they could work on it in the morning. Not having been told that I would have to leave the car, I had to arrange a pickup to get home, as well as get back to the dealer the next day. Upon final pickup I was told that no issue was found and that they were not sure of the cause but if it happens again to bring it back. While there was no charge for the diagnosis, I lost many hours of work and have no advice on how to avoid a repeat of the issue. Very disappointing and frustrating visit. Better communication and scheduling is needed here. I have leased multiple cars from DCH (as has my wife) and have previously been satisfied, but will consider going elsewhere for service in the future. More

Excellent, as always! After my car went through a car wash with the driver window down, I called Toyota in a “slight” panic. there was foamy soap and water...everywhere. My dashboard went a bit haywire - the car was activating cruise control, randomly calling people in my phone via Bluetooth as well as, activating voice command on its own. The girl I spoke with on the phone told me to come right in. I was greeted immediately by Evin who is INCREDIBLE. He smiled, listened to my concerns, told me to relax and assured me everything was going to be OK. After talking me through the plan and the timeline, he got me a loaner and I was on my way. Evin called me the very next day (as promised) talked me through his findings, what it all meant and the cost. I came back the following morning and was once again, greeted by Evin with a big smile. the entire process was SO smooth. He’s amazing and although I hope I don’t have anymore car trouble, I hope to deal with Evin exclusively each time. Thank you for being awesome! Frankie Pizzurro on the sales team is also fantastic! He sold me my car a year ago and was super sweet and helpful when I walked in for my unexpected service appointment. Thank you! More

The service rep was extremely nice and told me to come right in. They installed a new battery and check over the rest of the car. It took just over an hour and I was on my way to work. Thanks guys.
