I was told the service would take about an hour and that time was accurate. Since I had my two year old with me this was terrific. Thomas Hackett assisted me on my second trip to Toyota to have a different vehicle serviced. It turns out I was way ahead of schedule and didn't require the service I was scheduled for. Since I was there I asked if someone could put the donut back where it belonged as I was't able to do it myself. Thomas said it could be done there within a few minutes at no cost. I was very grateful for his honesty and willingness to help. More

I wasted $116 and hours of my time I brought my Highlander hybrid in because the battery kept dying and I kept needing to jump it. It was less than three years old. They tested my batte I brought my Highlander hybrid in because the battery kept dying and I kept needing to jump it. It was less than three years old. They tested my battery, told me there was nothing wrong with it, did a battery "service" for $116. A month later I was still having the same problem, brought the car in again, and now was told the battery needed to be replaced, there was a "bad cell" which I suspect was the problem the first time. A waste of not only money but time. I should have been refunded the $116 from the replacement costs. More
