Just another dealer Had my RAV-4 in for 20,000 mile servicing> Last visit was for annual state inspection. At that time I told the service rep about my inability to remo Had my RAV-4 in for 20,000 mile servicing> Last visit was for annual state inspection. At that time I told the service rep about my inability to remove white spots from upholstery. He was able to remove the spots but not able to identify the cleaner, Told me he would call when the person who orders the cleaner was in. Never heard from him. On visit for 20,000 mile service had same rep; he apologized for not getting back, talked with other person and advised me they could not identify the cleaner and I should check Amazon for detail cleaners. Did and there are 6 or 8 different products. I am of the opinion that someone should be able to identify the cleaner so I can purchase it instead of trying 6 or 8 different cleaners which may or may not work (I have already tried 3 or 4 brands from retail and automotive shops). More

Since I can choose my service technician(using the app) I always go with Evan Calderon, he was the person I first met with when bringing my car to DCH for the first time and the experience was great. I know my car and whatever needs to be done will be done in a timely manner. He always explains what needs to be done right away and what can wait for next time. If things change he always calls for approval. I feel very comfortable having my car serviced at DCH. JP More
