I know my car and whatever needs to be done will be done in a timely manner. He always explains what needs to be done right away and what can wait for next time. Courteous service rep and informative. Problem still exists The brakes still squeak. Will have to bring it in again. Problem did not exist prior to my coming in to have brakes fixed.
