That is not a knock on the other service representatives, (I guess I am a bit spoiled by him) it is just that he makes my experience of needing to take valuable time to have work performed on your vehicle not seem like a hassle at all! Great experience with sales team Poor experience with servic I purchased a used car from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. The sales team that took care of me was great. Took the time to make me feel like a valued customer. The service departs on the other part not so good. I drooped off the vehicle to get a DTRL bulb fixed and in the process the front fender was damaged, When I brought it up to the used car service writer she stated the damage was there. I explained to her that her detail dept had just repaired a chip on the same fender. She walked away to speak to her Manager and left me standing in the parking lot. The Manager brought the car in and kept it for another day to fix the issue. I brought the car back the following week for a shake in the steering wheel. The dealer kept the car for 2 days and could not find the issue with the car. i came back to the dealer took the mechanic with me and was able to demonstrate to him the shaking on the steering wheel. They kept the car for another day, I was called the next day being told they drove the car and could not find an issue. what was interesting is the gas gauge was on the same spot as the day before when I left the truck and it was only driven for 1 more mile. No paper work or service note from that stop. I would not recommend using the service department at this dealer. They may be good at fixing Toyota's but their experience with other brands is lacking. More
